My name is Avrohom Meir Morgenstern, called by my English name ‘Mitch’.   I am the seventh generation of the Kotzker dynasty.  I was born in Chicago on in 1953 and have lived nearly my entire life in Chicago.  I spent seven year outside of Chicago learning in Yeshiva.; 4 years of high school at Yeshiva Toras Chaim in Denver, CO, 1967 -1971.  One year at Adelphia Yeshiva under Rabbi Chaim Leib Epstein,  One and a half years in Ner Yisroel of Toronto under Rabbi Naftoli Friedler, and half a year in Long beach under Reb Yizchok Faigelshtok.  In 1974 I came back to Chicago and learned for three year at Yeshivas Brisk under Rabbi Aaron Soloveichik.
